We are well versed in oil and gas recruitment and have an extensive database as well as an international database for both on and offshore personnel. We have over 12 years extensive experience in the placement of both contract and permanent staff into the Gulf States. These include: Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia. Our staff include: Engineers, Riggers, Roustabouts, Roughnecks, Derrickman, Motormen, Roustabouts, Roughnecks, Derrickman, Motormen, Drillers, Painters and Rig Managers. All staff are vetted by our skilled Recruiters and the following is arranged prior to onboarding: Full medicals, criminal checks, visas, offshore survival certificates, references and payroll payments if on contract.

All onshore personnel are predominately permanent placements. These staff would be either hired on a family or single basis. If on a family status, all family members are medically vetted prior to final hire. Candidates are hired via ZOOM, TEAMS or one-on-one interviews in South Africa. Any team of Interviewers that come to South Africa to hold interviews are hosted by Gulf Manpower and offered the following: Hotel booking, internal flights booked, interview facilities, transport and visas if required. We also arrange for all Candidates flights and transport to and from the airport if required, to the interview facility. If a candidate is made an offer, all medicals for the candidate and family, schooling entrance exams are arranged by Gulf Manpower, a full induction to the said company and full vetting process needs to be done by the Client. Our experience is vast across all the Gulf States except the UAE. We specialise in the top end of candidates from across the entire spectrum from LNG to town / city maintenance works.
