Gavin has been in the Labour Broking field since 1990, he has built up and sold four Labour Broking companies over the years, been involved with a Listing and has now created Gulf Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Gavin regards himself as a highly professional, dynamic individual who is committed to providing superb service to all levels. His strengths are that of relationship building, an entrepreneurial outlook, identifying business opportunities, negotiation skills, working well under pressure and expenditure control.
Dwayne has 17 years of extensive management experience in the Labour Broking Environment. He began his career under Gavin’s mentorship and progressed to the level of Regional Manager for a large National Company. He rejoined forces with Gavin 2 years ago and is responsible for all Business Development initiatives. As of 2013 Dwayne has been made General Manager of Gulf.
After completing a B.Admin Degree at the University of the Free State, Riaan became involved in the Retail and Wholesale industry and obtained a wide range of skills in various management positions and projects. Riaan left the Industry 7 years ago and became involved in the Labour Broking industry as Regional Manager for a Namibian Company with operations in South Africa. Riaan joined Gavin 3years ago as Admin and HR Executive and is responsible for all Administrative, HR and IR issues.
Brent obtained extensive operational experience in the Automotive and Food Distribution Industries before joining Gavin 8 years ago as Operations Manager for Gulf Contract Labour Hire. Brent has a hands on management style and ensures that he has daily contact with staff and clients. All operational issues are dealt with instantaneously to ensure optimal service levels to clients and employees.
Mark is a highly motivated professional, and has a hand on approach to business, committed to providing service of the very best level. Mark has joined the company as Branch Manager in Durban and is responsible for Business Development initiatives as well as ensuring optimal service levels to clients and employees.
