ASSESS

First impressions count. We evaluate each candidate on initial appearance and conduct.

CHECK

All Applicants are checked for correct and up to date documentation. This will include, own Bank Account, Tax number, valid ID or Work Permits.

Applicants write numeracy, literacy and practical tests to gauge their suitability. Tests can be tailored to suit the clients requirements.

All Applicants go through a one-on-one interview to gauge their suitability.

Additional checks are completed, this will include criminal, credit and reference checking.

Recruited staff are grouped according to: skills, qualifications, geography, age & gender for ease of selection.
